Wedding coordination typically begins 2–3 months before your big day. If you’re looking for a professional to ensure everything runs smoothly, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
While this is considered a “day-of” service, we begin working with you in advance to gather all the important details. Melissa will connect with your vendors, collaborate closely with you, and develop a detailed timeline to bring everything together.
On your wedding day, we’ll be there to manage every detail and ensure a seamless, stress-free experience so you can fully enjoy your celebration.

Events
While we specialize in weddings, our experience extends to a wide range of events. Melissa has planned and executed galas, retreats, multi-day conferences, baby showers, and birthday celebrations—bringing the same level of detail and care to each one.
